The Legacy Pilates High Chair, with its "throne-like" appearance, is a great apparatus to help the client with the concepts behind the method. It helps with alignment, finding the center, and strengthening. Many exercises on the High Chair serve both the strengthening of legs, hips, and glutes as well as the targeted balance of muscular imbalances.
The Walnut Electric (High) chair not only uses special wood but also has the option to choose the varnish as well i.e: matte, semi-matte, or shiny. We also use stainless steel parts for all walnut items.
