Small Barrel / Mini Barrel

The Small Barrel is the little brother of the Spine Corrector. It is often to help smaller clients or beginners in the discipline. The less pronounced arc has a gentle effect on clients with back problems or injuries. The Legacy Pilates Small Barrel allows clients to align and stretch their backs, legs, and to open their chest.
